For your self-supply the kitchen unit is equipped with coffee machine and other essentials.

quartier26 has been renovated in 2020 with a lot of attention to detail and efforts, and the appartment is a high standard, cosy place with a footprint of app. 21 m2 or 226 sqft.

The entrance door is equipped with a high standard locking system.
Surveillance cameras in the exterior, smoke detectors as well as a fire extinguisher for fire emergencies are in place for your personal safety.

Environmental impact

To also reduce CO2 emissions the building has been renovated in 2020 including energetical measures, e.g. windows were selected with the highest available technical insulation levels with 3 glass panes.

A huge part of the required electrical energy is locally produced by a photovoltaics on the roof of the building.

Step by step also the gardening will be further transformed into a natural habit, where local plants and animals find a natural living place. By doing so, we aim to also contribute to our planet´s bio-diversity and climate protection.
